In our local supermarket, they only carry Cheese, Pepperoni and Supreme pie in Thin or Rising Crust while they have many other varieties. Although I love Rising Crust but my wife preferred thin crust. Nevertheless, Rising crust is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
